Need a drink suggestion for the event?

Strawberry Mojito Cocktail/Mocktail

9-10 strawberries
2 limes, chopped
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 mint sprigs, leaves picked
ice
350ml white rum (leave this out to make it a mocktail!)
600ml sparkling water

Directions

Muddle the strawberries, limes and sugar in a large jug. Bruise the mint leaves and add to the jug with a pinch of black pepper. Add lots of ice and stir in the sparkling water. Add the rum if you choose to make it a cocktail.
