You can cut all of the flowers
but you cannot keep spring from coming.
Hard to believe we have been fully operational for 6 months! So much has happened and we feel so grateful to everyone that has been a part of making the last six months possible!
Over the course of the two years leading up to our project opening its doors there were many times that it felt like it may not happen. Support from the community, the overwhelming and visible need and our burning hearts made it possible for us to continue on. We could not keep the spring from coming! We knew the day would come that we would open our doors and it has been beautiful.

Tomorrow is our monthly volunteer training!
Did you know that it takes a minimum of 5 volunteers per day to help our shelter program thrive?! That's 35 shifts per week, 150 per month and 1,852 per year! Holy moly!! We couldn't do this without the massive support of volunteers like you! Are you interested in volunteering with us?
Please take our survey by clicking the button below to help us know how to best plug you in. Please join us for our monthly training TOMORROW, Saturday May 9, from 1-4pm at the shelter.
