In Need Of Shelter?

People are often asking us about how people get connected to the shelter. Please be sure to send single adults and couples without children to our "shelter" tab to find out how to get connected. Here's what you will find:

Unfortunately, our shelter is currently full. However, there are two ways you can get connected (and we really want you to get connected) in case a bed opens up:

1. Go to SideWalk (1139 5th Ave. SE, 360-515-5620) to get on our wait list by meeting with an advocate on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am-2pm. Our wait list is needs based. When a permanent bed becomes available in our shelter, we prioritize people at the top of our wait list.
2. Each night we open up a limited number of "one night stay" beds. These beds are first come, first served and we prioritize beds for women. Women can check in for the one night stay beds starting at 5pm each night and men can check in starting at 7pm. If we have beds available we will provide a bed for the night for as many people on the one night stay lists as possible. Please do not come to the shelter before the designated check in times.
